RETURNS POLICY

 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the terms of the Australian Consumer Law.  Products must:

·  be safe, lasting, with no faults

·  look acceptable

·  do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.

·  match descriptions made by the salesperson, on packaging and labels, and in promotions or advertising

·  match any demonstration model or sample you asked for

·  be fit for the purpose the business told you it would be fit for and for any purpose that you made known to the business before purchasing

·  come with full title and ownership

·  not carry any hidden debts or extra charges

·  come with undisturbed possession, so no one has a right to take the goods away or prevent you from using them

·  meet any extra promises made about performance, condition and quality, such as life time guarantees and money back offers

·  have spare parts and repair facilities available for a reasonable time after purchase unless you were told otherwise.

In the event that you believe that your product does not meet any of the above criteria, please contact us to discuss a refund.  Additionally, products may be returned for any reason for up to seven days in their original packaging for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
