If a balloon pops after it has been delivered, this will not be our responsibility.

To help prevent this happening when the balloons are in your possession please adhere to the following guidelines.

If transporting the balloons make sure there are is enough room in the car, there no sharp objects

in the car and that the car temperature is not too hot. If it is a hot day put on the air conditioning.

Do not leave balloons in the car.

Keep balloons away from direct sunlight

Try and avoid sudden temperature changes as this can affect the balloons.

Keep away from sharp objects - brick walls, tree branches, jewellery

Don’t allow children or anyone to mishandle them.

 

We do NOT support, condone or facilitate the organised release of balloons. 

 

Latex balloons are not plastic and are made from natural rubber which is biodegradable. Natural Latex comes from Rubber Tree Plantations which are a renewable resource. Leading manufacturers source their latex from sustainable Rainforest Alliance Certified and Forest Stewardship Council Plantations

 

As latex balloons are made from natural rubber, they do breakdown. However, when balloons become litter the don't degrade sufficiently or quickly enough to prevent possible risk or harm to wildlife.

For this reason we do NOT support, condone or facilitate the organised release of balloons. 

We can remove your balloon installation, pop the balloons and dispose of your balloons, if you require this service it needs to be booked in when your order is placed. A bump out fee will be applied.

If you have not arranged for us to dispose of your balloons and do not wish to bring your balloons home after your event, make sure you pin them and bin them

The hiring of the equipment will commence from the commencement date specified on your invoice and continue for the term specified, generally 3 days. The hirer is entitled to use the equipment for the hire period. Any extension of the period must be agreed to by Melora Events.

A cash bond is required when hiring an item. All bonds will be held until the safe return or pickup of all products in the same condition as was hired out to the client minus any reasonable wear and tear. All bonds will then be returned to the client minus any fee incurred either due to late fee/extension fee and/or breakage/damage fee.
